Temperatures swelling above 100 = afternoon Bear Parties!

As a special treat, and because one could not breathe outside if one tried, we collected all of our beloved bears and had an afternoon "party" in the bed with them.

Hey, I had to come up with something more enticing than going outside on a sunny day! :)
They danced,
they hid, they chatted about beary things, they sang,
...and the muffins thought it was a blast, so that's really all that matters, right?! :)

I could claim that this monster zucchini came from my garden!!!

Alas, it was a generous gift to us from a friend, and we were so grateful for it.

They are growing up so fast!

The "Daddy-GIT-YOU!!!" Game is the most highly anticipated moment of the day, next to raisin bites that is, but that's another story. The muffins LOVE it when Daddy comes down for dinner and they shriek with delight and squeal:

"Daddy-GIT-YOU!!!, Daddy-GIT-YOU!!!, Daddy-GIT-YOU!!! PEEEEEEZ!!!"
