Super BRAVE Dude!! MRI Conquered!!

This little man had an MRI this week and handled it like a champ! 

Hopefully this is near the last stop on this medical road...😎💪

He got to go and pick all kinds of treats afterwards for his big bravery!!

And as usual...he kept me laughing the whole time!! LOVE this guy!!

Happy Birthday SPLASH!!

We gathered up some friends and headed to the indoor water park to OFFICIALLY celebrate James's birthday! 

It's one of our favorite winter-time spots!

James got to bring one of his best buds, SO FUN!! 

Super dad is the best!! 

Big boys off to the BIG WATER SLIDES!! 

Little man loved the froggie slide! 

The big guys loved the FLOWRIDER!! 

The hot tub was VERY popular!  

Our other friends joined us also which was awesome!!

Andrew was hot-tub-to-slide-to-hot tub-to-slides!

Natalie was rocking the FLOWRIDER!!

And of course...the mandatory 10pm CFA stop!! 😂

😆😆😆And somehow, upon dropping off James's friends...we ended up doing the Macarena in the driveway at midnight...😆😆😆

Children's Hospital + Brave Little Man!

We got up BRIGHT and EARLY and headed to Children's Hospital for James to have some testing done...

He was a little nervous but super brave! They treated him to lots of treats.

He had multiple IV's but they had lots of tricks at Children's to make it all less scary! 

He brought Cocoa the Bear and they gave him an IV too!  

They were SO sweet and he had a dedicated nurse all to himself for the whole day.  

Double IV-man!!

He was stoked to watch movies, but eventually passed out...

and then got a little sick!! 

We had to stay a few extra hours to get him stabilized.  He was such a trooper! 

He made a full recovery - enough to make it to FIVE Guys for peanuts and burgers!

We are so proud of James for his courage and bravery!! 

Randomness round-up!

He has been taking guitar lessons and practicing hard for the last year and he finally got to put it to good use...

He volunteered to bring his guitar and play for his Sunday School class and it was AWESOME!! He had quite a fan club afterwards wanting to hold his guitar.  This was so brave of him to step up in this way and we are so proud of him!! 💥💪😎 

 

And this little man👇 has been working on his piano "lessons" with Daddy...😎😍

James was super creative with his "Build a Desert Biome" assignment👇. 

We were so impressed with the materials he chose! 

And then there's this little guy that made Daddy a "Moon Helmet"...😂

Valentine's sweetness!

Me and my little man had such fun decorating for Valentine's Day!! 

(Pop Tarts were apparently part of the treat 😍) 

We hung banners and wreaths everywhere...💕💕

AND then...we had a big surprise on Valentine's Day! Grandma J sent us some very fun treats!

Exotic chocolates for my adventurous eaters!! 

It was all very...WOW!...Right down to peppercorns in the chocolate!!
