Working on a masterpiece...

Or shall I say with a new masterpiece?!  

We sure do love this Mother's day gift from Daddy!!

It is so much fun and it takes so much work out of baking!

A work of heart...

This little jelly jar full of sweet flowers is so special. 

 Let me tell you the story!

One sweet little boy decided many months ago that he wanted to plant a garden and grow flowers to bless his family and make his mama happy.

So in the Spring, he chose his mix, planted his seeds and watered them and watched for several months. 

He was rewarded for his efforts by some beautiful bright flowers!

He promptly picked them and asked me to put them in water because he wanted to "bless my family".

"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate."

-Psalm127:3-5

We are so blessed!!!

Nothing says Summer like a Strawberry shortcake!!

 Our field trip buddies have a neighbor with great set-up...a yard full of fun and water activites for the kids!!  We went over and had a blast!

First order of business?

Checking out the machinery that was working nearby.

Then, swimming!!

And Natalie's first order of business?

Lunch.
