Summer Lake day!! Woohoo!!

I have been patiently waiting to go to the lake through all of the other summer festivities, and our day finally arrived!!

Natalie and I had fun laying out the spread to surprise the lil' boys at breakfast!

They were super happy!

We stopped at our favorite little farmer's market to load up on summer goodies...

And then we hit the lake!! 

You can't beat the mountains and the beach all in one hot spot...

It is quite a hike but oh-so-worth-it!!

Yeehaw!! "Citified" Movie Premiere, here we come....

🤠🤠🤠We donned our cowboy finery and hit the big screen premiere PARTY!!🤠🤠🤠

Our friends recently made a film that is set to premiere at 22 film-festivals nationwide, and we were able to see it here locally, with all the cast and crew, before it premieres nationally!  

So exciting!!  YEEHAW!!! 

🤠🤠All the cowboys and cowgirls were ready for a fun night of movies and dancing!!🤠🤠

There was an awesome Texas style BBQ before the dancing began!  

🤠🤠💃🕺💃🕺🤠🤠

Part of how they decided to celebrate the premiere was dancing, and it was SO FUN!!! 

They hired a caller to teach line dances, which was great, but as the night wore on, the professional dancers from the actual movie took over and taught EVERYONE a thing or two about "REAL" dancing!!! Yeeehaw!

And on to the MOVIE PREMIERE!!!! 

🍦🍨🍦🍨🍦 They had ice cream and toppings for everyone, so fun! 🍦🍨🍦🍨🍦

🍿🍿...And then came the popcorn and sodas for the actual movie showing!! 🍿🍿

We were stuffed and ready to see the movie! 😎😆

The movie was awesome and hilarious and we were so super proud of all of our friends that produced and directed it!!  

More fun, more dancing...

Summer CAMPOUT!!!

We were so excited to have our dear friends arrive for a special overnight campout adventure!! 

The super-dads got us all set up and ready for an overnight party!! 

We had a blast roasting hot dogs and hanging out 'round the campfire...

(AKA - riding 4wheelers 'round the campfire 😂)

(💕 We ladies were happy to stay and chat around the fire 😄)

Wouldn't be a campout without the beloved s'mores!!! 

It was a late night, but a fun and beautiful night under the twinkling stars!! 

The next morning dawned bright and early...all the campers were ready for breakfast!! 

Roasted sausage and toasted waffles...gourmet and delish! 😋

Water balloon fights are a must on a HOT day!!
