 And rewarded our day with a picnic at the park!!!

Mother's Day Movie Party...WITHOUT MOM ;)

Steve and his friend decided to bless their wives by "keeping" all the kids for a day so we Mamas could have a day off!! 

How special!

So...they had a big movie party!!

 We enjoyed the loft so much that we decided to use it more!  

 They had a Little-kid movie area and a Big-kid movie area!!  

Lots more popcorn and FUN!! 

Thanks for a wonderful, peaceful, quiet Mother's Day party...WITHOUT ME!!!

Quarantine FINALE PARTY!!!

As things open back up, we decided to celebrate one last time with a sleepover party!!

The boys made an amazing frosted coffee cake and fried up some sausage, Mama made pina coladas, Natalie made a salad and Daddy, as always, contributed the essential "whoop-whoop" (and all the fun, of course;)!! 

 (I was not up to eating yet, hence the 4 drinks ;) 

It was quite an interesting meal...

 Steve L❤VES whoop-whoop...just in case anyone wondered...🤣

 It is STILL cold here in MAY, so we had popcorn and root beer by the fire!! 

 ❤❤❤

 The kids had spent the morning "setting up" the loft in anticipation of THE SLEEPOVER!!! 

 They were SO CUTE!

Natalie set up little beds for each of her dolls...it was SO PRECIOUS! 

 

Giggly time...er, I mean, Bible time...

 And a little Dude Perfect to cap off the party!!

DAY 2....

 Lots of fun playing in the loft!  

Daddy (painstakingly) built this and specially carpeted it JUST for this purpose!  

How fun?!?!

 Isn't it cool??

 Then we headed down the ladder for breakfast!! 

 Ooooh, yeah, leftover CAKE for breakfast!!
